Default FronT suspension

I have the engine out of my 76 for a rebuild its a 454 big block . With the engine out i took the time to remove the upper and lower control arms and coil springs for replacement . with everything out im replacing the old power steering setup with a new steeriods rack and pinion setup. The question i have is weather or not to use new coil springs or replace the coil springs with a new upfront composit spring ?

Unless you're planning track time or auto crossing, the stock springs should work fine.

I think that the front composite spring set-up will reduce road clearance between the two front wheels.
