If the MSD 6A series produces multiple sparks for 20 degrees of crankshaft rotation, then how do you know the timing light is bliping at the right time? :confused:

Triggers off the first impulse. Even if the light triggered with every impulse you wouldn’t see it. Motor spins at 1000 rpm, 16.67 rps, 6E-2 seconds per revolution, 3.3E-3 seconds per 20 degrees of rotation… get the picture?
This could get interesting... Now you've got me thinking about the speed of electricity...
