76 horn relay

76 horn relay
Does anyone have a picture of the horn relay in a 76 that clearly shows what it looks like and where I can find it? I have been all over the car and cant find anything that looks like the one in the book.

On my '73 it's on the drivers side under the edge of the hood about midway. It's mounted to the inner fender side. There are several wires going to it. Some of those wires are always hot. So don't short it on anything. Not sure if it's the same on a '76 but I think it is.

small gray box (could be black, but mine was gray) with three wire connector (green, red, black) hanging under the dash just above the fuse box. 12 volts on red (all the time), green goes to horns, black goes to the steering column (grounded when you push the horn button)
If you short green to red and the horns blow, you tested the voltage and the horn, if you short black to ground and the horns blow, the relay is ok.
