Open coolant sensor circuit.
I can't remember which of the many coolant sensors this one reads off of, but check the ones in the heads to make sure you haven't pulled a wire off of one.

Code 15 is the CTS open. The sensor cold should read around 3000 ohms. If it reads that check for a wiring problem. Don't know if you have the old or new weather type plug. Make sure that the connectors are making contact with the pins. It is located on the front of the intake just left of & below the the thermostat housing. 12 bucks for a new one.
