Blain That's Messed Up. I Would Glass Over The Hole From The Inside First. Next Drill A Small Hole In The Center Of The New Fiberglass Patch. Then Grind The Paint Off Around The Existing Hole About 2"s And Use Duraglass To Fill The Old Hole. Be Sure And Install A Screw Or Piece Of Copper Wire In The New Hole You Drilled In The Repair Patch On The Inside. After Blocking, Drill The New Hole Close To The Size You Wan't And Using A Round File File To Fit. Hope This Info Helps You Out. Peace.
