The brake pedal seems to go down very close to the floorboard. I tested the Master and it holds fine with engine off. When I start the engine, it drops down. I since replaced all 4 wheel calipers and bled the system twice starting at longest line and working to shortest line. Car stops fine, but pedal still seems too low. Is there an adjustment for pedal height? Master is not losing any fluid.

I know you said you bled, but it's almost never enough. Bleed again, this time tapping on the calipers with a wooden handle to loosen the bubbles. Bleed each wheel at least 20 pumps. Start furthest away.
If you still have a mushy pedal after that you probably need to either rebuild your master or buy a new one.
