Default 69 dash ground wire ?

I'm installing a new main dash on my 69. On the section of wires which go to the tack side of the dash there is 2 ground wires, one has a side on connector witch goes to the back of the tack gauge. The other is a ground which goes to a ground screw. My question is where is this one grounded to ? i.e steering column bracket, firewall etc. Does anyone know? Looked at my old harness and just my luck it was sniped off, that's why I don't remember where it goes. Thanks

I am not 100% sure where it goes, but I DO have a ground that comes off that harness on my 69 which grounds to the birdcage just in front of the fuse box and just above the kickpanel vent.

Pretty sure everything back there on the harness is stock.

I have that wire grounded. The one I'm talking about is in the cluster of wires which go to the tack side. I just grounded it to the bird cage on side of the steering column support. Thanks
