350 Engine ID Question

350 Engine ID Question
I have a 350, I think, that I pulled the numbers off of. Here is the information.
Passenger side block pad front
- 10W403572
- V0625CNN
Drivers side rear of block
- 3970010
- 26 GM
Heads
- GM18
- 3932441 (driver side has F180, passenger side F240)
I believe this all translates to a 1970 350 with 76cc heads. Is this correct? Is there more information to glean from this information? Is there some way to tell if this is 4 or 2 bolt short of pulling pan?
This engine is about 2000 miles from my house, has been sitting for 20+ years and I do not know if it turns over or not. It had a low end knock when I pulled it out of a 67 camaro. Is there any reason I should bother shipping to my house, ie is it there anything special about the engine that I am missing?
