Default Brake Components

Hello,
I am rebuilding my complete braking system in my 76. I am looking for the best quality at a reasonable price. I have seen the deluxe brake kit from Zip's, as well as the stainless lines and parking brake kit. Does anyone know if these are quality products and if Zip's is a good company to deal with? Thanks, John

You might try these guys http://www.cssbinc.com/index.asp or these http://www.corvette-paragon.com/. Zip has some good products and prices however for brakes I found Corvette Stainless Steel to be the best on both fronts.

I bought the brake kit from zip back in 1993. I have not had a problem with them. i also think that the calipers have a limited lifttime warranty. I did not have the internet when i did my vette it was hard for me to price shop with other places, and zip was about 2 hours away and it gave me a reason to go there. Gas was only .95 to $1.00 a gallon. a lot has changed!
