I locked my driver side door last night and awoke this morning to find that it will not unlock from either the inside or outside. I tried puling and pushing the lock arms inside the door and they wont budge.

If you can get in the car and get the window down you have hope.
First, you'll need a flashlight, a long flathead screw driver, and you'll need to peel the door panel off of the shell so you can get a good view down to the door latch.
In the following pic you'll see a metal tap with an arrow pointing to it. Get the screw driver on that tab, and give it a good solid push down and the door should pop open.
Your screw driver might slip off a few times, so just stay with it and try to get that good solid push down.
Once the door is open, get that door panel off, and inspect all the latches and linkages. It might just be that some things need to be tightened or maybe your latch needs to be cleaned or replaced.
