Can anyone ID this CAM for me? It came out of my 79 Corvette Coupe. I'm looking for some specifics. On one end of the CAM it says 274. Up and down the shaft in different places it reads:

EP6
CWO
C4

There are pictures a little further into this post. Also, here is a link to some PICS: http://corvetteactioncenter.com/foru...d.php?t=107089
I would also be interested in what the specs were for an original L-48 CAM from a 79.
Thanks...

Too bad we can't post attachments. Some pictures with this thread I'm sure would help or at least stir up some interest.

I can't view the pics because I'm not a member at CAC, but you can still post images here. 'Right' click on the image on the other forum, and 'Copy Image Location.' Then, in the post here, 'Paste' the link, and add IMG tags. Simply, put a [IMG] in front of the link, and a [/IMG] after it. The image will show up here. Right now there are just errors with the insert features.

Sorry this is seeming so difficult but your problem is stemming from the images. They are hosted at CAC, and I can't even view a direct link without being a member. You can upload them into your album here, or better yet, load them into a free Photobucket account, where they can be posted anywhere without membership problems.

I did what you suggested and it seemed to of worked but obviously not. I'll think of some other way later.

I suggested the image tags, but I didn't know the images were hosted by CAC. I thought they were hosted by an online hosting company and that you posted them on CAC. The fact that they are hosted at CAC makes this all more difficult to post them to anyone who's not a member.
