Default composite spring question

I installed a Hyperco 330 composit spring in my 73 BB and now I am second guessing whether I put it in the right way. I searched the forum and found some conflicting info so I am hoping someone can help me out. (Van Steel is not open today, I already tried calling there tech guys). Does the spacer block go on top of the spring, between the spring and the diff. or does it go on the bottom. I tried putting it on the bottom originally but I could not get the pin on the spring to line up with the hole in the diff so I figured it had to go with the spacer between the spring and the diff. The directions are not very clear. I have not put the car on the ground yet so I don't know what the ride height looks like. I don't want to take it off the stands just to learn that I have to jack it back up to switch the block around.
Thanks

As I recall the spacer goes between the spring and the differential spring pad. Your instructions should give you a specific torque procedure to avoid crushing the spacer.

I don't know if it's the same as yours, but here is my TRW plastic spring. The insulator/spacer is on top between spring and diff.
