Default ZZ4 Headers for C2/C3

I want to install "tight tuck" headers on my 67 with a ZZ4 motor. The ZZ4 has aluminum heads, angled plugs, with "D" shaped exhaust ports. I also want to retain my stock side pipes and slight mods to mate them to the headers will be OK. I see that Patriot makes a header that might fit. Does anyone have experience with this and can give me advice such as make and model number?

Not sure about the Patriot headers specifically, but the word on those angle plug heads with headers is that small adjustments (dents) may be needed in the header pipes to clear some of the plugs. You may get lucky. Not everyone has had to make the adjustment.

I wish I had stuck with a stock set of '85 -91 vette headers, welded up the AIR tubes and used them....without any heat shields....just straight up....been far ahead, IMO....

basically they clear the L98/ZZ4 aluminum heads with angle plugs and that is 1/2 the battle these daze....almost have to clear any C3 install...
