decode transmission tag

decode transmission tag
I have 68 vert with 327-4 speed and would like to know what
this tag numbers are telling me. The tag is 3915090, no letters
on this tag. The tag is off the transmission.
The reason i need to know is that i need a new reverse "T"
assembly. Paragon shows reverse T rod for a 68 is 8 1/2" long
and for a 69 is 9 1/2" long. The one in mine that broke or came
loose and came out is 9 1/4" long. Also just in case i need more
parts for the shifter mechanision i would like to know if this is
a 69 transmistion or a 68. Paragon shows two shifter assembly
1968 thru 1976 and another one 1969 thru 1976. Some what
confusing.
All help would be appreciated,

I looked at ZIP and they show a rebuild kit for 68' ONLY and another for 69-76.
