I am having trouble running this one down, all feses are good, but there is no power at the switch. Putting power to the switch does nothing either. Any ideas?
There is a 12 pink with black tracer that needs to be plugged in the "IGN" slot on the fuse panel and a 12 black with orange plugged in the "ACCY" slot
No they just plug in the front of the fuse box.You can knock them loose with your foot. That still wouldnt explain when you put power directly to the switch the windows not working though.
When I first bought my '77 the drivers window wouldn't work. It turned out to be a broken wire where the wiring goes through the door and into the body of the car. If my memory is correct, I just stripped it back a little, crimped it together, taped it up, and it's worked fine since then. You can pull the door panel off and check all the motor wiring very easy. May not even be broke. The insulation could be worn away on a wire, causing it to short against the door, or the frame when you close the door. Something to check. Good luck.

"Definitely a possibility" but the broken wire in the door usually come 1 window at a time and on either up or down usually not both.
