Power window motor ground question

Power window motor ground question
On my 70 convetible, I wanted to make sure my window motors are grounded. According to the AIM, there is a connector on the motor that seems to be the ground, besides the two wire plug at the motor for power. I can't seem to feel this wire or connector when I reach in. Is there a separate ground wire on the motors or do they just ground throught the door where they mount on the doors? Some time they work fast and furious, and sometime a little slow. Thinking I need to make a more solid ground, but where???

I think mine have a ground wire in the connector that is screwed to the inner door panel, the actual ground comes thru the hinges, **** poor design. While your in there and find the wire, run annother ground wire along the door harness to the door sill frame.
