TH350 Won't Upshift
I got back from a long trip to find that my '75 was leaking trans fluid, i discovered this while out for a drive, on the drive back the car had some difficulty shifting into 3rd, i traced the leak down to a cracked trans cooling line, replaced it and refilled with fluid. now the trans wont shift out of 1st gear, reverse and park are fine, when put into drive, the trans sticks in first, until i exceed about 20 mph, then it revs as if it were in neutral. trans is was rebuilt about 800 miles ago, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check to see if the vacumn modulator vacumn line has come disconnected from the canister looking thing attached to the right aft side of your transmission it controls your first to second shift.

Hey! Thanks for all the help, I Checked out the vacuum line and sure enough it was cracked at the attach point, swaped it out and shes shifting like a dream! Now why didn't I think of that! lol Thanks again!
