Default Zip Customer Service = A+

I never really see that many Positive posts about supporting vendors. Most of the posts are "they screwed me", and what not.

I just wanted to let you know that Zip Customer Service is A+. I would like to thank Nancy, Tim and Justin for handling my issues in a very professional manner.

Thanks again.

Robert

I've had great luck with Zip as well. I usually check them first when ordering parts.

ZIP Products Inc. has always been my favorite (and preferred) aftermarket supplier. I've used them for years and have never had any problems with them. They're good people at ZIP. They are on the board here. If you need parts, click on them.

Steve, have you even been to there location in Mechanicsville VA? I love walking around their showroom. They have a rolling chassis there and some other cool vettes. I there is a 54 or 55 there for sale. Very nice car.

I have had great luck with Zip's as well. Nothing but good things to say about them. My other favorites, that all get the same review, are Rik's, Mid America, and Ecklers. I have only ordered from Ecklers a couple of times, but had real good luck. Rik's and Mid America are probably tied for being my favorite, most used vendors. Good job to all the fine people at the places I listed above.

I once had a problem with a power steering valve I thought. I called and they took it back, not once but twice. Finally on the third one I asked if they were all this way and sure enough that was designed in. Had me screwed up and Zip handled it professionally. I have spent mucho dinero there and will continue to do so.

Zip is a twenty drive from my home so they are real convenient. Never had a problem with them. If I need something right now they will have it at the counter when I get there. Also I use Eckler's, The Last Detail, and Dr. Rebuild.
I know this will get some folks going, :smash: but I have never had any problems with the Dr.. I play by the rules and he has help me a couple of times. He does have the most informative catalog and does know Corvettes.

For what it's worth... I ordered the Zip deluxe front end kit about a month ago. I painted everything with POR15... of course when I went to assemble the tie rod ends, I noticed that I had three outer ends and only one inner.

Zip is sending me another one for free and they don't even want the other one back. :D

I use Zip thru the Corvette Mall and have always got good service, but for parts that I can't get from Zip, or something that is hard to locate, I call Gary Gruhala. Gary can get you the same discount that Zip gives us from just about any vendor (except Dr. R) and he is a First Class Guy to deal with.

I love Zip. :flag They have prompt service, are willing to answer questions on the phone - and even have 'ran out back to grab the part' to answer my questions. The few times there have been problems they have been handled quickly and efficiently. Credit card return credits show up very quickly. They stand behind their products and treat the customer with respect! :seeya

Same here. I've ordered several items from the forum mall (AC Hoses, Rad and heater hoses, and other misc. parts). Service has always been first rate. questions answered and very fast shipment. Class act all the way.

Never been there, but I saw the bodyless '71 at Carlisle in August.
