door removal

Default door removal
On my 70 can I take the doors off by taking out the bolts through the door acess and leave the hinge attached to the body? Thanks

remember to disconnect the wiring and pull the harness out if you have power windows, and remember too the doors are kinda heavy. Yes you can.

Sure, you can! If you are going to re-install the same door be sure to mark the bolt position in relation to the hinges to use as reference when the door goes back on.

I used my floor jack with the lift pad padded with a bunch of towels to hold the door as I unbolted it. One hand to unbolt, one held the door....easy!!!
