pwr window ?
on 76, I can't get windows to work thru switch.
Put power to both windows, they work. Tested both switches with ohm meter, both good. New relay, ground is good. I have power to center of relay.
Shouldn't I have power to pnk/blk wire with Ign on? Which I don't. Checked fuses all good. Ideas?

Yeah that wire should be energized with the key in either ACC or IGN.
Find a wiring diagram for your car, and trace that wire from the relay to it's source. It may have a bad connection or a break or a short.
