That looks like a 79 with a 80-82 rear bumper. I like the looks of the 80's bumper on the 78 and 79 better than the stock one.

I agree.. The old-school front is cooler w/ the newer rear.

Thanks to all for the comments. It is a metallic green. I need to have this car repainted and I have chosen a darker shade of green that it will look black and get the correct color rocker panels as they are incorrect and the one on the driver's side is dented.
