I got my new Summit catalog and they have a new supercharger for carb, :D would that fit under a stock vet hood? Just kind of dreamming of future mods. Would something like that be reliable for my weekend cruiser?
I sell centrifugal supercharger kits, and I must say, that is a surprisingly good price for a complete kit! Too bad I don't sell Vortech or I could probably get you guys an even better price.
For that price, I'd check with ATI Procharger on the cost of their kit. It doesn't require a carburetor enclosure...they've designed their system to use a little "carb hat" that only requires milling off the choke horn (or using a carb without one). And they're nice from all I've read.
I want an ATI Pro...just don't have 2500+ right now...
You can run any centrigugal with a bonnet, but only with mechanical secondary carbs, and even some of them won't work. The use of a carb enclosure allows you to use just about any carb with the right bolt pattern. Also, I would recommend Vortech over Procharger as far as reliability.
