Welcome the forum.

When you say a paint for under the car, are you wanting a permanent coating or just a paint. There are several coatings, including baked powder coating, that will protect the frame and coatings you can spray to cover the underside of the body.

Usually a good flat black paint is perfect for the engine compartment.

For inside, lay down a layer of Dynamat Extreme on the hard bare floors, then cover that with a jute backed carpet, or a layer of jute, and then the molded carpet.

Wilcox is a vendor on the forum and sells molded carpet kits that have the heat barrier jute already glued on. The Dynamat is a sound deadener designed to help minimize road noise and it goes down on the bare floor.
