If you're talking about factory tach redlines I can think of a few that redlined at 6500 RPMs including the LT-1 smallblock and the L-71 bigblock....not sure what the L-88 redlined at. If you mean how high would they actually rev before breaking, that depends on the braveness/foolishness of the operator! ...and yes, the 302 could pull 7000 RPMs no problem.
