bad u joints?
I have replaced my u joints twice on the left side I seem to get about 150 to 200 miles till they start making noise one set I could see being bad but two? any ideas?

that does sound weird. is it both on the same side? maybe you should replace them and swap halfshafts from one side to the other. if the problem goes to the other side, i'd suspect a halfshaft (maybe out of balance?).

Thats a weird one. I dont think balance would cause that much damage in that short of time. I would look for a bent shaft, bent components, or binding parts. Somethings really out of sorts.

Have you changed anything in the driveline? Say a tranny or rear end housing? If the driveline angles were out of whack that would cause pre-mature wearing of the u-joints.

My guess is the shock on the left side. The universals are captured. If the wheel is off the ground the uni's can't make a full turn.
