Default 69 Brake E-Brake Light

Anyone-My brake light doesn't light up when I engage the E-Brake. I checked the switch at the E-brake and it's fine. I assume the bulb is out in the light itself. Is there an easy way to change that bulb without dropping the panel. Thanks

Before you try to change the bulb, remove the connector from the Brake failure warning valve and short it to ground (key on) to see if the light will come on. It is the same bulb as the PB. If it comes on, then there is something in the wiring of the PB switch circuit.

And if you have to change out the bulb you could first try to remove or lift up the dash pad and get your hand down inbetween to get at the bulb.
