thanks for the compliments. We are putting together 3 more shows in the next month. They are not geared toward vettes, just the guy that owns these is close by and he and his partner have about 90 muscle cars in their collection. When we were shooting the 64 he pointed out an extra **** on the dash. The original owner had it installed. it operated a valve that would dispense alcohol from a hidden bottle. Pour out from under the dash. Durango, thanks for the topic ideas, im always looking for more, so dont hesitate giving me more.
just down i20 from you in birmingham. I run a production department for a local cable company and we produce this show. like i said we have no budget like the big shows, so we just do the best we can. thanks for the compliments. I;ve got a couple more at work i havent put together. got a beautiful one on a 59 dual carb. its a red one too!
Nice work, very good production quality. I like the little camera shots under the car while driving. What kinds of thinks does your show cover. Is it just vintage cars and the stories behind them or is there tech info as well?
Thanks Speed and Chuck. This was the first show, and the guy in the interviews and his partner have an extensive collection of muscle cars. We just decided to focus on Corvettes for the first show. We still have a couple that we shot and they will go in one of the next shows. We are shooting 3 shows in the next month at a restorer's shop and we'll do whatever he has on hand. We also have a 66 or 67 olds 442 tripower 4 speed car that we are going to shoot as well. Plus im looking for ideas from anyone that will give them to me. Things you would want to see in a show that arent neccessarily cars, like tech tips or say detailing tricks. Any suggestions are very welcome.
