engine combo help needed

Is this a good cam Choice??
Hi guys, I need the engine pros to look at this combo and "DD" it for me if you could.
Stock L-82 bottom end.
flat top pistons -5cc
Edelbrock RPM Airgap intake
Brodix IK 180 heads 64cc ( i'm looking for 10:1 comp)
head gasket ???
comp cams thumper cam ( roller) part#cca -12-600-8
duration @.050, int 227/ exh 241, lift ,int 511/ exh 497
Holley or demon 650 carb.
hedman elite headers 1 5/8" and dual exhaust.
the car is an auto ( th400) and I will change the stall converter out to around 2500.
rear gears are 3;36
This is only a weekend fun car, but I still want it to be drivable!

I am looking for 400hp and tq. I know this cam comes in around 1900rpm and i'm not sure how that will be around town, but when I get on it I want it to move. I don't plan on going on long trips just around town mostly.
