As other said check the snubber bushing (biscuit) in the front of the rear end. If you didn't tighten the large washer down enough it could cause movement and snapping back there. Also, the 2 bolts that go through the mount bushing bracket and have cotter pins through them. Make sure they're tight.
So i took your advice and lifted the car to check out the snubber cushions.... and guess what....... the lower bushing wasn't their. I'm officially retarded. I must have of forgotten to put it back in. I found it by the garbage can in the corner of my garage. I'm going to put it in tomorrow, and I'm sure the snapping will be gone. Thanks for all of your help.
" I haven’t had a chance to look at the car so it could be something simple;"
This was in your first post!!!
Please have the courtesy to at least put your head under the car before posting the next time,'cause it WAS something simple!

"I just re-installed the rear differential and I double checked everything so I’m pretty sure my problem is not caused by the installation."
Was also in the first post. This sounds more like a situation where you've looked at something so many times you see what you expect, instead of what's there. Takes another set of eyes to help you see the problem.

Glad you got the problem fixed gilrubio88.
But, was the problem NOT caused by the installation???
I don't wanna' get in a pizzin' match here. I just think that the forum has turned into a place where some guys want others to do the work.
If you own one of these beautiful cars you need to take a look and then post, OK?
Sly
Yeah, I just didn't realize it wasn't their, and thank God I didn't throw it away seeing how I finished the job at 4 am after a concert. And sly vette your right it was my fault for the oversight but isn't that the point of the forum so that people can help others. I don't want other people to do the work for me, I just needed some help. Its kinda hard to take a good look at the car when your an 18 year old who is a full time college student and your car is a few hours away. Its even harder when no one has ever taught you anything about mechanics and you learned everything you know from sites like this forum. And you know what's the worst, getting a phone call from your dad while your in class asking for the number of a tow truck because he took the car out and blew the rear. All I'm saying is that I don't have anyone to help me out with this stuff and I look for guidance on these sites, I don't mean to bother anyone but if its such a burden to help out, don't. I think I'm very considerate of all of your time and I appreciate the help. 95% of the time I need help I'll search the forum for hours before asking questions. Anyway thanks again to everyone who helped me out.
