Try to determine which wheels are dragging. If all four, or two on the same axle, your master cylinder is probably bad -it's not letting brake fluid return to the reservior. You can test for this by removing the effected wheels and opening the bleeder fitting. There will probably be pressure in the system, and brake fluid will squirt out, so put a tube on it and direct it into a container to keep from getting brake fluid all over the place.
As Aktbird said, the push rod could be keeping the m/c piston from completely returning. But unless the pushrod was incorrectly adjusted by some Bubba, it is probably ok, and it is the m/c itself.
I just had an issue with the front brakes locking up . It turned out that the fron MC was so Gunked up it wouldn't let the brakes go. The ruibber gasket somehow deteriorated. I had to get a new MC problem was solved $65.00.
