shifter (console) plate paint
I'm re-painting my shifter plate but I can't seem to get it clean I guess as every time I spray the rustoleum satin on it I get fish eyes. I striped the original paint as it was scratched. I then masked all the areas that are crome. I have cleaned it with laquer thinner adn then tried Mineral spirits but the same result! Any help is appreaciated
