I currently have one on my car. I think it flows a bit less that what my engine needs to get the full potential it has. I also have a few other issues with it but I think it just needs a good rebuild or something. I most likely will switch over to a fuel injection system rather than messing with it any more. This is my first carbeurated car however, so consider that as well.
It quite possibly will end up in the Corvette Forum Loaner Carb program if I do switch over to the fuel injection.

I agree with what GameshowBob says. "Rainman" and I did a little tuning and tweaking on his Avenger not long ago. We're up here at 6,000 feet, so there's not much air anyway... smaller carbs seem to work better. But the Avenger ran strongest when we installed the lightest possible spring in the secondary diaphragm, indicating that more cfm might be in order. But the carb did run very smooth and strong throughout the rpm range once the soft spring was installed.
