My tank is leaking here. I manipulated the area and it seems to have stopped. I still havent started it since the other day. Is this a quick fix or do I need a new tank. Does not seem to be comming from rubber hose. Really stinking my garage up. (wife is starting to bug me about it) Now its visible on floor and not just on tire pan. Help!!
I think it may be where it is solderd. The hose is not leaking and clamp is tight. Im gonna Keep looking at it. I came home from work, pushed up on that orange wire and its plug and it seems to have stopped for now. Well its dry now anyway. Im sure it will need fixed, I guess its off to the shop.

You are missing a GOLDEN opportunity here!!! That is the opening you need for a massive parts buying binge. Don't let it slip through your fingers.
Although on second thought. It does appear that there used to be two clamps instead of two on it. Maybe a quick metal tie will do it. Its been an hour and still not a drop?????? Parts buying binge after christmas does not sound like fun!!!!
That sender looks like a recent replacement. It also looks like the clamp was slid down the hose and not moved back to where it should be to clamp the hose. You might want to think about replacing the hose for good measure but I'm betting the clamp is the problem.
Yeah I think so. I just went out and put anoter clamp on, two for good measure. Its not actively dripping now and the spot has been dry for over three hours now. I think thats it. I just hosed it down and bout to take it for a spin to build some pressure up in the line and see. I think I may have panicked. I work at firedept and sometimes my wife calls me with emergecy stuff around the house when I cant do anything about it. Kind of scares me.
I thought the same thing as Rick B. when I looked at the picture. The clamp looks too far away from the elbow in the line coming out of the sending unit.
