Try this. Applies to all C3s newer than those with vacuum operated wiper doors. Hoses to headlight relays and actuators have stripes matching colors in the diagram. Notice the correction note on the diagram as this one shows how the under dash hoses really must be connected. There are others out there that do not have this correction.

Here's a link to a nice vacuum system troubleshooting page:

There is quite a number in the AIM. What device/area/operating system are you diagnosing?

Vacuum routing from the carb and intake. I replaced the hoses on the headlights, they still don't work. But I think its the switch.

The '74 AIM has what you want.

You mention 'shop manual', do you mean GM Chassis Service Manual?
The vacuum information is in Section 12. Look for 'Corvette HeadLight Service' in the index.

The AIM is the ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION MANUAL.
It's about 400 pages of drawings with parts and part numbers called out. It was used in the factory on the production line as reference for building the cars. Yes, although it doesn't seem like it, they actually knew what they were doing.
Along with the GM CHASSIS SERVICE MANUAL, it should be in any garage with a 30 + year old car.
Many vendors (Wilcox) have them. There is one for each year.
Regards,
Alan

Here is the link to the AIM on CD. I think most will agree this is one of the best books to use on your car. It is full of assembly instructions like Paul posted above, it's on CD and can be searched with Acrobat Reader.
