Windshield Frame
I am wondering on how to remove the side trim on the wind shield frame.
This is what I did
1) Remove T-Top
2) Remove Upper Trim(Where Rear View Window is at)
3) **Attempted to Slide Side Trim Upwards
**Blocked by Visor
**Visor is blocked by T-Top Trim which has some type of adhesive on the corners.
I was wondering how to remove the Side Trime so I can see what type of rust is on my windsheild frame.

To remove the side moulding from the windshield frame you have to first remove the weatherstripping where the driver and passenger door glass meets the windshield pillar. There is at least one screw buried in there that needs to be removed before you can remove the weatherstripping. Then you can remove the side trim. I'm going from memory here of when I did my 79 so I can't gaurantee it is 100% accurate but I think this is right.
