valve lift ??
in my vette i have a 90 l98 camaro motor with cast iron 083 heads. i have been trying to search for for the maximum valve lift these heads can handle with no luck. any help would be appreciated. i also would like to replace valve seals any suggestions on the best seals to use? i would like to use a lt4 hot cam is this possible with these heads?

Many newer heads are using Viton umbrella seals. You might want to check and see what kind of seals are offered as service replacements for those heads.
