'72 454 - correct engine parts ?

'72 454 - correct engine parts ?
Ok I've started to research the part numbers on the engine that came with the car I picked up in Dec.08. Block is matching #'s 454 cast 3999289 = heads are 3999241 = intake 6263753 = the crank has me confused #6223 ? after looking it up, it shows multiple yrs. '66-69 427; '66-70 396; '66-85 366 & 396-402 ? The chart did display "Forged/Hi-Perf"
Oh, the cam is a "Crane"
HMV-272-2-NC - 13-18-84
Are there any other numbers on the crank ? (if so, where ?)
Is it possible someone changed out this crank ?
Can I still use this crank ? Should I buy a new one ?
What do I have here ?
Advice welcomed. My intentions for this engines power would be to get it to about 1970's power ratings or so. (car is a'72)
