Original OEM GM Distributor question
I recently pulled an original OEM tach drive distributor off the NOM L-65 sb engine in my '69 model
It's an OEM piece with an intact metal ID band as pictured.
ID band reads:
1111464 DELCO REMY 0B23
1111464 indicates 1970 454ci/390hp
0B23 indicates 1970 Feb, 23rd
QUESTION: it appears this is a 454ci distributor - can this be correct as this was an operating dist on a small block 350?

small block and big block distributors are interchangeable......probably only the advance curves may be different and possibly the vac. advance....you can have it all set up on a distributor machine to any spec you like...........
