search aint working? open wiper door? no engine or battery

IIRC: remove the rubber dust cover on front of the vacuum actuator, insert a tool (screwdriver) and push. I believe that allows the wiper door to move up and towards front of car, exposing the wiper blades.

shouldn't you be able to grab the back of the door, near the windshield, and light up and back? That is if the system is working correctly.

Pushing the rod worked. I was afraid to pull on the door too hard but that might have worked.

I took off the wiper door and broke off 3 of the 4 bolts. Be careful, I even used PB Blaster

Hi Sully,
I believe if you pull the door with open without taking the plug out of the actuator it's hard on the diaphragm in the actuator.
