I read 375 on the M20, I don't really think so. I used to tear these out every other weekend when I was young behind a stock 1970 350 with a 3,90 posi and sticky tires. The new Autogear M22 is the way to go if you want a 4 speed. 632C2 was running one of these behind 1700+ hp on the chassis dyno when his motor came apart.
You could maybe guesstimate a rating based on the Richmond T-10 ratings.
T-10 2.43 is 375 lbs so maybe 2.52 M20 Muncie would be 350 or so and 2.20 M21 would be close to 400.
No idea what the M22 would be.
The higher the first gear ratio the stronger so the M21 was the one always installed behind the hot
street big blocks. Guess GM felt it was tough enough under most situations, even one L88 had an M21.
