Default 75 vert door window adjustment

What years of door glass will fit into my '75 vert. I cannot get my window adjusted on the passenger side after I installed a new after market window. The date code is for a 1971, the curve of the window looks the same and I have done ALL of the adjustments possible and the window tilts inboard way too much...I was wondering if the curve of the glass is the same for the different years. I got a "deal" on eBay and am thinking about putting the old glass back in. Your thoughts?

if you have both glass , put them together to see if they are alike... i've adjusted door glass on my 74 and you have to know what your doing to get it right... not sure if the 71 is the same as the 74 and 75... best of luck

OK...the glass IS the same...but I never read any installations that included the re-installation of the inner door panel in order to keep the window in the proper position. At this point in time, I think I got it.thanks for your help.
