im having the exact same problem with mine, but mine are from prothane and dont use the metal outer sleeve.

the bushings for the upper arms fit just fine, but ive got a huge gap on the bottom like whats pictured here.

I doubt it is a problem, I think this is how it should be.

For all freezer recommendations, thanks, I don't have a freezer at my workshop, but I have an oven (a-arm)!!

My issue is not the diameter of inner sleeve and shaft. It is the length difference of both.

Unfortunately I don't have any response from Energy Suspension, with is a bad thing after a week, crappy service!!

prothane did the same to me, they said they were the correct bushings and to use as is.

Cas.... You are attempting install lower bushing on the upper A-frame or vise versa. You should have four short and four long bushings in your rebuild kit

Hi, it has been a while.

I asked this question on several other fora. ES did confirm this. It turned out this is not an issue as long as there is enough thread for the bolt. The car is not finished so no road test jet.
