Default headers

I was wondering on the best bang for your buck headers. Just looked at flowtechs ok price but the flange looks small. And wich header has the best ground clerance for a stock c3

I have coated Flow Techs on my 77 and they fit good, no problems with ground clearance from the headers, just the side pipes. I live on a dirt road and the side pipes will scrape at times when I hit a frost heave.
I'll be putting true dual exhaust on it in a few months. But if I had to do it again, I would use McJacks shorty type headers and a straight dual exhaust system. Less hassle hooking them up.

Hey 74,

I just took off headers and the complete exhaust system that hooks straight up to the headers viva the collectors. How bout 200.00 for the whole system headers to the exhaust tips. They are just setting in my storage.I can email some pictures.Shipping probably cheap too.
