Default Vortec Heads / Engine Paint

Getting ready to install my new Summit cast iron vortec heads and want to get some opinions on paint or no paint. If no engine orange paint, then will they rust and look like crap or will they look the same as now ( in the box still) which is very nice look. I don't think they are sealed but I may be wrong. Opinions??

They'll look like an exhaust manifold over time if not painted.

If you really like the cast iron look, just prep the surface like normal for painting, then shoot it with Dupli-Color 'clear' Engine Enamel. It's good for 500F. Personally, it would be better to clean it, shoot it with zinc chromate primer, then color with Dupli-Color 'cast iron' Engine Enamel. It wouldn't look bare, but wouldn't rust [quickly] like bare iron, either.
