Default Carburetor Setup Tch Sheet

Does anyone have a good tech sheet to properly set a quadra jet. I have a 69 and have a slight miss or stumble at idle.

I have rechecked the timing and replaced the sprak wires. Never really like touching the carburetor but it is next on my list.

Thanks.

99% probability that stumble is your accelerator pump (if it is stumbling as you start to go). Take the air cleaner lid off. Then look down the primary bores as you pull the throttle linkage. There should be a strong stream of fuel (like a squirt gun) shoot into each primary barrel. I bet one or both streams will be weak, sputtering or non-existent.

God bless, Sensei

No problem accelerating. I just have this issue at idle. It will drop 50 - 100 rpms for a second and recover the repaeats in a cycle.
