Would this be a good carb for a stock l-46 350/350?

Yes, that's what most use for 350, 600VS which is supposed to be Holley's biggest selling carb for a long time.

yeah a qjet might be better but show me someone that can take my car with a qjet on it and tune it properly for under 500 bucks and i will switch back.

in a 100 mile radius of san antonio i couldnt do it.

You probably can't find anyone to do a Holley properly either.
Holley's are just a lot more forgiving.

Both are equally great carbs.
