What do you all think about this set up? And what is the best way to go about it as he does have a few options as for components? I do not feel I will have enough vacuum for this stuff so that is why I am looking into it along with going with the Hydroboost to give extra room for my BB valve covers and my hand lol. Thank you all for any info you can bestow.

We put them on my buddies vette an they worked pretty darn good. Not too hard to do. The hardest part was getting the polarities correct. We just temporaried the connections and tested to be sure we were correct.

You don't need much vacuum for the headlights at all. The Hydroboost is a good thing as it clears for much more room and the brakes do take a fair amount of vacuum. The headlights are a one shot deal. Up-down. Not much vacuum. I have run mine on 8 inches of vacuum at idle for years with no problems. I don't know much about the lights you are talking about but if you are just changing because you don't think you will have enough vacuum, your money could be spent elsewhere on HP adders.

Well I am looking at a few points. One is to get rid of all of the vacuum lines and make things a bit cleaner and also they have never worked right lol. I can track it down but if I need a few parts to make the system work again then maybe for a bit more and some junk yard scrounging I can get the electric headlight conversion which would be more functional I would think. I am lucky in the fact that it is a 73 as I do not need to contend with the wiper cover.

NO, my '72 has a linear motor, and works fine with the intermittent wiper circuit I made for it....
