Orange County CA engine part shops?
I have an 81 and was looking to upgrade the Cam, heads, etc. I want to find a place in Southern CA (san diego - LA) where I can go to purchase and get some good technical advice of which CAM, heads to buy to get the desired results. Has anyone heard of Perfect Engine shop in LA?

Edelbrock's manufacturing facility is in San Jacinto (just north of Hemet) in Riverside county. As I'm sure you already know they make EVERYTHING. I'm not sure if they sell direct from the factory though...

but they are a little pricey - such a clean place you could almost eat off their floor and they have probably the most sophisticated machining gear around. A very cool place just to visit!What I really like is that they have menu pricing. All laid out in front of you.
