Default Anybody Used This Thinging Before???

Okay, I bought new windsheild wipers and this neat gadget came to help me remove my old wiper arms. Looks cool but can't quite figure out how to make it work. With only one moving part it seems like it should be easy enough, but hey, I am only moderately mechanically inclined, so any tips, tricks or schematics would be appreciated.
Seriously, anyone ever use this before?
Thanks for you help.

Yes, I used it before and it is a piece of junk - because it bends, it's a very soft metal. Just use blocks of wood and a screwdriver to get the arms off.

I find it works.
The little tag on the end of the moving part of the tool lifts up the prong that sticks out of the side/bottom of the arm and releases it, so you can pull the arm off.

Alan

Thanks Alan. My wiper arms are being tough customers but I think we have it figured out now and working just fine. Thanks for the help.
