Default Complete exhaust for 77

I'm building a 383 for my 77.I'm trying to find a complete exhaust from headers to mufflers. The only one I can find is the one from corvette Central with the block huggers. These may work fine but I want options.None of the exhaust shops in my area will build me anything because the car came with a converter.

It all depends on what you are trying to do with the car. If you are trying to build a rocket ship that can smoke the "hides" at every light, you may have to go with what is offered. Possibly buying an earlier system and modifying it for your car where you use the 2.5" cast maniolds and pipes that will work under the car is an option if you care to possibly loose some power. Being that you are an emissions vehicle, with charcoal canister, egr, catalytic converter etc. Having a company make you something that puts them at risk for very high fines if caught. I do not know what state you are in but BE CAREFUL. If it is to loud, and "THE MAN" chooses to, he/she can make you have a bad day when they find out that it is not factory correct. There are high flow catalytics out there, and the new Corvettes with all that power have catalytics.
